What is your Cancellation policy?
Booking & Cancellation Policy To confirm your appointment, a booking charge of ₹500 per person is required. We understand that plans can change—if you cancel at least 3 hours in advance, your payment will be fully refunded or you may reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Please note: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable, as it prevents us from offering the slot to other guests.
