How do i book a treatment?
Booking Made Easy You can conveniently schedule your appointment online, via WhatsApp, by calling us directly, or by visiting our Wellness Center. To ensure availability and a seamless experience, we highly recommend booking in advance.
What is your Cancellation policy?
Booking & Cancellation Policy To confirm your appointment, a booking charge of ₹500 per person is required. We understand that plans can change—if you cancel at least 3 hours in advance, your payment will be fully refunded or you may reschedule your appointment to the next available slot. Please note: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable, as it prevents us from offering the slot to other guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation
Should i arrive early for my Appointment ?
Arrival & Punctuality Policy We kindly request that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to relax, complete any necessary forms, and begin your experience in a calm, stress-free manner. Please note that late arrivals may delay or shorten your session, and may also impact appointments scheduled after yours.
