GoAsian Wellness Retreat

Retreat Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At GoAsian Wellness Retreat, every retreat is thoughtfully designed to provide a personalized healing experience. Our Reservation & Cancellation Policy is intended to be fair, transparent, and respectful to both our guests and our team.
 
1. Reservation & Booking
  • A completed booking form and a 30% deposit are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • 2. Payment
  • The remaining 70% balance is payable upon arrival.
  • 3. Cancellation
  • 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
  • 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund.
4. Rescheduling
  • One complimentary date change is available if requested at least 21 days before arrival, subject to availability.
  • Additional date changes may incur an administration fee.
5. No-Show & Early Departure
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or early departures.
6. Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
  • Bank, payment gateway, and currency conversion charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
7. Travel Insurance
  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel delays, or medical emergencies.
8. Health Information
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or ongoing treatments before your arrival.
  • Our Ayurveda Doctor may adjust your treatment plan to ensure a safe and effective wellness experience.
9. Accommodation
  • Your accommodation will be arranged through one of our trusted partner hotels or resorts.
10. Force Majeure
  • GoAsian Wellness Retreat shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or travel restrictions. Where possible, we will offer an alternative retreat date or an appropriate refund.
11. Guest Conduct
  • We are committed to maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and healing environment. GoAsian Wellness Retreat reserves the right to refuse or terminate a guest’s participation without refund in cases of inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive behaviour.
12. Agreement
  • By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Reservation & Cancellation Policy.

GoAsian Wellness Membership

Terms & Conditions
1. Membership is activated only upon receipt of full advance payment.
2. Any unused membership credits or balance will be carried forward only upon renewal of the membership before or at the time of expiry.
3. Membership benefits cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, package, or Ayurveda treatment program unless explicitly stated.
4. Membership credits cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards, prepaid vouchers, or transferred to another membership.
5. Advance appointments are mandatory and are subject to therapist and treatment availability.
6. A maximum of two (2) members may redeem membership benefits on the same day.
7. Membership discounts and privileges remain valid only during the active membership period. Once the membership expires, all benefits will be suspended until the membership is renewed.
8. To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking 12–24 hours in advance, particularly on weekends and public holidays.
9. Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. GoAsian Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or membership benefits at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.

 

Gift Voucher

Terms & Conditions
1. Gift vouchers are valid only until the expiry date mentioned on the voucher.
2. Prior appointment is mandatory and subject to availability.
3. The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
4. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Gift vouchers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, memberships, or package discounts.
6. Any additional services beyond the voucher value will be charged separately.
